Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement item

  • a refund

  • or another appropriate solution

In many cases, customers will not be required to return the item before receiving a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • misuse or improper handling

  • change-of-mind purchases after the return window

Refunds

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
